Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for Jhablu subscriptions — in plain language. Last updated 9 July 2026.
What you're paying for
Jhablu offers optional paid subscription plans (Star and Family for parents, Solo for teachers), billed monthly or yearly. These are digital services — there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. The Free plan stays free forever.
Free trial
Paid plans start with a free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends and pay nothing.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Settings → Your plan. When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then your account drops to the Free plan. We do not charge a cancellation fee, and there are no prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
Refunds
If you're not happy with Jhablu, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge— just email us and we'll process it, no long questionnaire.
After that 7-day window, refunds are at our discretion and are normally issued only for verified billing errors (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation).
How to request a refund
Email contact@frolicbit.com from the email or phone number on your account, and tell us which plan you're on. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Price changes
We'll give you at least 30 days' notice — in the app and via WhatsApp or email — before any price change takes effect. If you don't want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it kicks in. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
